If you like to learn and get a great workout, absolutely. BoxFit coaches will teach you proper boxing form and guide you through class step by step, even if you are an absolute beginner.
I HAVE BOXING EXPERIENCE, OR I WOULD LIKE TO LEARN HOW TO BOX COMPETITIVELY. IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
Yes. BoxFit coaches are skilled at the art of boxing, and repetition is what leads to excellence. Come in and let us know that you’re hoping to train boxing as a sport, and our coaches will be able to customize your one-on-one mitt sessions and speed drills to help you sharpen your skills and even get ready to compete, if that’s something you’d like to do.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
For class, any athletic clothes will do. We train barefoot. If you have boxing gloves and hand wraps, bring those. If you don’t have them, no worries – most don’t. You can use a pair on us for your first class, after which you’ll need to rent them or purchase them. We carry Everlast gloves in stock – the kind that our fighters wear, that feel amazing, that will protect your hands and wrists so you’re safe from injury, and won’t fall apart on you after a few months of training.
WHEN IS CLASS?
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST, AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DO, IF I WANT TO TRY THIS THING?
Your first class is free! And for membership, we are running several promotions throughout 2018, so call or message us for the latest rate. We offer discount for couples and families, and all memberships are no contract, free enrollment. If you want to be awesome, reserve your free class above, so we know that you’re planning to come. Just come a couple of minutes early so we can get you set up with gloves, hand wraps, and a heart rate monitor.
