Focuses on assisting young men and women transitioning back into the new rhythms of community and culture after serving a sentence at Long Creek Correctional Facility. Our hope is to support our clients with the opportunity to be empowered through physical training, nutritional assistance, and relationships that foster positive personal development.  We aim to break the cycle of recidivism by supporting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of a population very high risk of reoffending.
